Hello, my lovely people! I hope you are enjoying your summer holidays.

Summer is a time to relax, spend time with family and have fun. Today I have something special: a British dessert called Eton Mess! It is easy, quick, and delicious. Children and adults love it!

What is Eton Mess?

Eton Mess is a traditional dessert from the UK. It is made with strawberries, meringue, and whipped cream. The best part? You do not need an oven!

🛒 Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh strawberries
  • 4 small meringues
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

👩‍🍳 Tools

  • 1 big bowl & 4 small glasses
  • 1 spoon & 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board

What are we going to do?

1. Read the recipe steps.
2. Put them in order.
3. Learn cooking words: wash, cut, add, mix, serve.
