I hope you are enjoying your summer holidays.
Summer is a time to relax, spend time with family and have fun.

Today I have something special: a British dessert! 🍓

It is called Eton Mess.

It is:

  • easy
  • quick
  • delicious
Children and adults love it!

What is Eton Mess?

Eton Mess is a traditional dessert from the UK.

It has:
  • strawberries
  • meringue
  • whipped cream
You do not need an oven.
You can make it at home with your family.

🛒 What do you need? (for 4 people)

Ingredients
  • 400 g fresh strawberries
  • 4 small meringues
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
Tools
  • 1 big bowl
  • 4 small glasses
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board

👩‍🍳 What are we going to do?

1. Read the recipe steps in English.
2. Put the steps in the correct order.
3. Learn cooking words:

wash – cut – add – mix – serve

If you want, you can make it at home!
