In this A1/A2 English lesson, you are going to learn and practise the English alphabet, with a focus on pronunciation, spelling and basic vocabulary.
Learn the English alphabet and pronunciation
Step 1: Watch the video and pay attention to how each letter sounds. Repeat the letters aloud to practise pronunciation.
Practise the English alphabet with an interactive game
Step 2: Match the letters with common words in this interactive game and reinforce the connection between letters, sounds and vocabulary.
Practise spelling in English
Step 3: Download the alphabet poster and practise spelling words and names aloud.
📌 Final task: Choose one word and spell it out loud.
Example: L-I-O-N, lion. “How do you spell ‘apple’?” — “It’s A-P-P-L-E.”
