Recursos

Here you have a small selection of resources to keep practising English outside class. You do not need to use everything: choose one or two, try them for a few days and keep the ones that work best for you.

Tip: try to spend 20-30 minutes a day in contact with English. Listen, read, write or speak a little every day. Together with your lessons, this is a great combination for real progress.
🎧 Listening

For songs, podcasts, radio, TV and videos. Start by understanding the topic and a few key words.

📖 Reading

For stories, short texts, news and books. A short text is enough if you read it with attention.

🌉 Mediation

For explaining information, comparing ideas, summarising texts and turning data into clear messages.

🗣️ Speaking

For pronunciation, conversation and speaking practice. Listen, repeat and try to speak a little every week.

✍️ Writing

For short texts, emails, stories and checking your writing.

🧰 Language Support

A small toolbox for words, grammar, vocabulary and extra practice.
